Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating leads
and supporting new business revenue to Phenomtec Solutions. Working as part
of a dedicated sales team, the BDM will have his/her own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors. He/she will be responsible for developing a sales contact plan, building strategic proposals, responding to procurement led RFIs and pitching to small and medium sized clients.

Key Personal Responsibilities

• Generating Leads and acquiring projects for Mobile & Web Applications.
• Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors togenerate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
• Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to buildrelationships with key prospects
• Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in aprofessional and creative manner
• Understand a prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop atailored proposal
• Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specificbusiness sectors

SEO Analyst

Job Responsibilities

SEO / Digital Marketing AnalystWanted SEO Specialist to handle responsibilities of both On Page and off page Optimization. Should have good knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Linkedin, Blogs. Content writing skills is added advantage. Professional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery,etc)
